Candidate will be responsible for the total new business development life cycle which includes: Identifying, qualifying, and positioning for new business opportunities; providing proposal support, including writing and editing; developing win strategies and proposing long range business plans; developing and maintaining customer business relationships in Government markets; developing marketing strategies; and identifying and developing opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree desired. Qualified candidates will have 10 15 years directly related experience. Existing relationships with customer decision-makers in US Army AMCOM, Space & Missile Defense, and U.S. Missile Defense Agency. Must have demonstrated track record of capturing Federal Services contracts in areas of Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, and Acquisition and Program Management Support. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed. Must have proven negotiating skills. Dedicated to achieving the standards of quality and excellence.
